Connect the pipe (11) to the union (13).

TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (12) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN (71.53 and 78.90 lbf.ft).

Connect the pipe (21) to the check valve 3093GM.

TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (22) to between 12.9 and 14.2 m.daN
(95.13 and 104.71 lbf.ft).
(14)
Connect the pipe (3) to the reducer (5).
(15)
TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (4) to between 5.4 and 5.9 m.daN (39.82 and 43.51 lbf.ft).
(16)
Tighten the bolts (1).
(17)
Safety the coupling half (46) and the bolts (1) with the lockwire, MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010). (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 29-13-15-991-002)
(18)
Make sure that the isolation coupling (45) engages correctly in the coupling half (46).
(19)
Connect the bonding jumper (26) to the structural attachment (27). Install the bolt (24), the washer (25) and the nut (28) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(20)
Tighten the nut (28).
(21)
Seal the connection of the bonding jumper (26) with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-013).
(22)
Apply STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-003) (dyed blue) to the sealant.
(23)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(24)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(25)
Connect the electrical connector (29) to the PTU solenoid valve 3012GL.

A. Preparation of the Replacement Component
(1)
Remove the components which are attached to the removed manifold (7) as follows:
(a)
Remove the priority valve 3064GM (Ref. TASK 29-13-33-000-001).
(b)
Remove the bobbins (9) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(c)
Remove and discard the following items from the bobbins:
-square section seals (10),
-back-up rings (36), (37) and
-packings (35).
(d)
Put the bobbins (9) into plastic bags to keep them clean.
(e)
Remove the check valve 3093GM and discard the packing (23).
(f)
If necessary, remove and discard the lockwire from the coupling half (46) and the manifold (7).
(g)
Remove the coupling half (46) and discard the packing (47).
(h)
If necessary, remove the union (50) and discard the packing (51).
(i)
If necessary, remove the reducer (5) and discard the packing (52).
(j)
If necessary, remove the union (13) and discard the packing (53).
(k)
Install the blanking plugs on the open ports of the manifold (7).
(l)
Install the blanking plugs on all of the removed components.
(2)
Install the removed components on the replacement manifold (7) as follows:
(a) Remove the blanking plugs from the manifold (7) and the components.

(b)
Lubricate the new packings and the threads of the components with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(c)
If removed, install the union (13) with a new packing (53).
(d)
TORQUE the union (13) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN (71.53 and
78.90 lbf.ft).
(e)
If removed, install the reducer (5) with a new packing (52).
(f)
TORQUE the reducer (5) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN (71.53 and
78.90 lbf.ft).
(g)
If removed, install the union (50) with a new packing (51).
(h)
TORQUE the union (50) to between 1.5 and 1.7 m.daN (11.06 and
12.53 lbf.ft).
(i)
Put the new packing (47) in position on the coupling half (46).
(j)
Install the coupling half (46) on the manifold (7).
(k)
TORQUE the coupling half (46) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN
