R (4) Remove the container.
R R (5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
R (6) Remove the access platform(s).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-864-001).
(2)
Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3)
Put warning notice(s) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system: - on the ground service panel 198CB.
(4)
Put warning notice(s) on the access door 195BB to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir.

B. Safety Precautions
(1)
On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
-put warning notice(s) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2)
Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3)
Put warning notice(s) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit, on the HYD section of the overhead panel 40VU.
(4)
On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
-make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(5)
Put warning notice(s) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(6)
Put a container below the connection between the pressure hose (2) and the fluid disconnect panel (4) to collect the remaining fluid.

R (1) Open the left fan-cowl door 447AL (Ref. TASK 71-13-00-010-040).
R (2) Put the access platform in position at the engine.

A. Removal of the Check Valve
CAUTION : BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE THE CHECK VALVE AS THE HYDRAULIC_______ FLUID WILL FLOW OUT.
(1) Hold the check valve (1) with a wrench and disconnect the hose (2).
(2) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected hose (2) and on the check valve (1).
(3) Remove the check valve (1) with the O-ring (3) from the panel (4).
