(1)
Open the doors on the trailing edge fairing (AMM 54-62-00/201).
(a)
Examine the filter elements for contamination (AMM 29-11-18/201).
(b)
If excessive amount of metal particles are found, replace filter elements (AMM 29-11-18/201).
NOTE: Excessive is offered as a guide and relies on operator
____ and individual mechanic experience. Examine other system filters and magnetic plugs to gain a relative measurement between hydraulic systems. If particles are starting to accumulate quickly or becoming larger, this is the sign to examine or replace the hydraulic pump.
(c) For flushing requirement, refer to AMM 29-11-00/201.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU LATCH THE FAIRING DOORS ON THE TRAILING EDGE
_______ CORRECTLY. DAMAGE CAN OCCUR IF THE DOORS OPEN DURING A FLIGHT.

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

WARNING: REFER TO AMM 32-00-30/201 FOR THE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE FOR THE LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. SUDDEN MOVEMENT OF THE DOORS CAN CAUSE INJURY AND DAMAGE.

Open the landing gear doors and install the locks on the landing gear doors (AMM 32-00-30/201).
