Remove the shutoff and speed control valve (1):
(a)
Remove the nut (2), the washers (3), the spacer (4), and the bolt (5).
(b)
Remove the clamps (6).
(c)
Disconnect the cylinder port tube (20) from the electrical component assembly.
CAUTION:_______BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DISCONNECT THE SUPPLY PORT TUBE. THE FILTER CAN FALL OUT OF THE TUBE. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE FILTER.
(d)
Disconnect the supply port tube (21) from the electrical component assembly.
CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DISCONNECT THE PRESSURE TUBE FOR THE
_______ CONTROL AIR. THE FILTER CAN FALL FROM THE TUBE. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE FILTER.
(e)
Disconnect the pressure tube (19) for the control air from the union (23).
(f)
Remove the bolt (27), the washers (28), and the nut (29) from the clamp (31).
(g)
Remove the clamp (31) from the shutoff supply tube (36).
(h)
Disconnect the cylinder port tube (20) from the elbow. 1) Remove the tube.
(i)
Disconnect the supply port tube (21) from the tee fitting (37). 1) Remove the tube.
(j)
Disconnect the pressure tube (30) for the shutoff valve actuator from the elbow (40).
(k)
Disconnect the governor unit tube (26) from the union (23).
(l)
Remove the clamp (7) that connects the shutoff and speed control valve (1) to the turbine drive inlet (25).
(m)
Remove the nuts (10) and the washers (11).

Move the bolts (17) out of the mounting flange and remove the washers (14), springs (9), spacers (15), and the nuts (16).
(o)
Carefully disconnect the shutoff and speed control valve (1) from the turbine drive (25).
(p)
Remove the washers (12) and the shims (13).
(q)
Remove the shutoff and speed control valve (1).
(r)
Remove the gasket (8) from the turbine drive inlet (25). 1) Discard the gasket.
