Removal of the fire-extinguisher discharge outlet and the spray tubing.
(a)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the discharge outlet (14), the swivel nut (13) and the couplings of the spray tubing (15).
(b)
Remove the clamp (16).
(c)
Hold the spray tubing (15) in position, loosen the nuts (19) on the spray tubing (15) and the discharge outlet (14) and slide them back.
(d)
Hold the spray tubing (15) in position, loosen the swivel nuts (13). But do not remove the discharge outlet (14) from the fire extinguisher bottle (21).
(e)
Remove the spray tubing (15).
(f)
Remove and discard the 0-rings (18) from the spray tubing (15) and the discharge outlet (14).
(g)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.

Remove the Fire Exinguisher Bottle
(a)
Remove the screw (3B), move the switch guard (3A) back and disconnect the electrical connector (3) from the pressure switch on the fire-extinguisher bottle (21).
(b)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(c)
Release the nut (2) and move the overboard pipe (1) away from the fire-extinguisher bottle (21).
(d)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
(e)
Remove the nut (10), the bolt (7), the washer (9), and the bonding strap (8).
(f)
Remove nuts (4), the bolts (6) and the washers (5).
(g)
Put the protective cap (CD-18) on the discharge outlet (14).
(h)
Remove the fire-extinguisher bottle (21).

Installation of the Fire Extinguisher Bottle (11WF)
WARNING : THE CARTRIDGE IS AN EXPLOSIVE DEVICE. REMOVE IT BEFORE YOU
_______ DISASSEMBLE THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE. TO PREVENT INJURY TO THE PERSONNEL BECAUSE OF THE EXPLOSION OF THE CARTRIDGE IF IT HAS NOT BEEN FIRED:
-INSTALL A SHUNT DEVICE.
-THIS WILL SHUNT THE PINS TOGETHER ON THE CARTRIDGE BEFORE ITS
REMOVAL.
DO NOT USE A FOIL SHUNT.
WARNING : THE ACCIDENTAL FIRING OF THE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE CAN CAUSE SERIOUS
_______ INJURY TO PERSONS WHO WORK OR ARE IN THE CLOSE PROXIMITY.
WARNING : BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE A FILLED FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE. A
