A. Removal of the Cartridges
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (15) from the cartridge (14).
(a)
Put a blanking cap on the electrical connector (15).
(b)
Install the SHUNT PLUG - FIRE EXTINGUISHER CARTRIDGE, HTL (10-101950-81) on the cartridge (14).
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connector (8) from the cartridge (7).
(a)
Put a blanking cap on the electrical connector (8).
(b)
Install the SHUNT PLUG - FIRE EXTINGUISHER CARTRIDGE, HTL (10-101950-81) on the cartridge (7).
(3)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the cartridge (14).
(4)
Remove the cartridge (14).
(5)
Remove and discard the O-ring (30).
(6)
Remove the bonding strip (13) from the cartridge (14).
(a) Put a blanking plug on the discharge head (12).
(7)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the cartridge (7).
(8)
Remove the cartridge (7).
(9)
Remove and discard the O-ring (30).
(10) Remove the bonding strip (6) from the cartridge (7).

R (b) Install the PROTECTIVE CAP - FIRE EXTINGUISHER CARTRIDGE (861823) on the cartridge (14).
(2) Disconnect the electrical connector (8) from the cartridge (7).
(a) Put a blanking cap on the electrical connector (8).
R (b) Install the PROTECTIVE CAP - FIRE EXTINGUISHER CARTRIDGE (861823) on the cartridge (7).
(3)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the cartridge (14).
(4)
Remove the cartridge (14).
(5)
Remove the bonding strip (13) from the cartridge (14).
(6)
Remove and discard the O-ring (30).
(a) Put a blanking plug on the discharge head (12).
(7)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the cartridge (7).
(8)
Remove the cartridge (7).
(9)
Remove the bonding strip (6) from the cartridge (7).
(10) Remove and discard the O-ring (30).
(a) Put a blanking plug on the discharge head (5).
