1. On the control panel of the ECAM system (on the center pedestal panel 11VU): NOTE : Ignore other indications than____the following ones.
 On the lower display unit of the ECAM system (4VU):
 A. push and release the BLEED pushbutton switch.  - the BLEED page comes into view:* the PACK-FLOW CONTROL VALVE 1(2) is shown in-line and in green.
 B. Push and release the HYD pushbutton switch.  - the BLEED page goes out of view andthe HYD page comes into view: * the VALVE-G(Y) PUMP FIRE ENG 1(2) is shown in-line and in green.

 - the SQUIB legend of the FIRE/AGENT 1
 and 2 pushbutton switch comes on.
 On the F/O glareshield panel 130VU and
 CAPT glareshield panel 131VU:
 - both MASTER CAUT lights come on.
 On the upper display unit of the ECAM
 system:
 - the display of the main parameters of
 the engine concerned goes out of view
 and is replaced by amber crosses.
 On the lower display unit of the ECAM
 system (4VU):
 - on the FUEL page:

On the MCDU 1(2) (on the centerpedestal panel 11VU):
-the BMC 1(2) page comes into view.
On the MCDU 1(2) (on the centerpedestal panel 11VU), through theCURRENT STATUS:
-make sure that the BIT 19 of the LABEL 67(66) is at 1.
 In the zone 414, 424 of the engine pylon:
 -Make sure that the voltmeter shows 28VDC.
