R  C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
 (2) On the CAPT jack panel, connect the 600 ohm headset to the related connector.
 (3) Remove the snapwire from the APU FIRE pushbutton switch on panel 20VU.
 (4) In Zone 314, connect the 600 ohm boomset to the service interphone jack.
 (5) Energize the Annunciator Light Test Dimming system.

 (1) Put the access platform in position below the access door 314RA.
 (2) Open the access door 314AR.
 (3) Remove and discard the lockwire from the electrical connector 12WF-A.
 (4) Disconnect the electrical connector 12WF-A from the cartridge 12WF.
 (5) Put a SHUNT DEVICE - SUPERSEDED BY 2-100831-1 (30840007) on the cartridge 12WF.

R  E. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1WF, 2WF, 3WF, 4WF.

 A. Operational Test of the Test Circuit 
R R R R R R  WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT YOU WILL NOT CAUSE UNWANTED CHANGES TO OTHER_______ SYSTEMS BEFORE YOU PUSH THE APU FIRE PUSHBUTTON SWITCH. WHEN YOU PUSH THE APU FIRE PUSHBUTTON SWITCH, THESE VALVES CLOSE : - LP FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE (APU) - FUEL SOLENOID VALVE (APU) - BLEED AIR VALVE (APU)
 NOTE : For this test procedure we recommend that a minimum of two persons____ are in constant contact with each other through the service interphone system. One person must monitor the cockpit APU FIRE panel 20VU, the other person must be at Zone 313.

1. On the connector 12WF-A:
-connect a multimeter between terminal A and ground, and then between terminal B and ground.
2. On the APU FIRE panel 20VU:
-push the APU FIRE pushbutton switch.
3. On the APU FIRE panel 20VU:
-press and hold the SQUIB
pushbutton switch.

4. On the APU FIRE panel 20VU:
-release the SQUIB pushbutton switch.
5. On the APU FIRE panel 20VU:
-push to release the APU FIRE pushbutton switch.
