(g)  Install the PT2.5 sensing manifold:
 1)  Remove the protection caps from the port on the EEC speed transducer and the PT2.5 sensing line.
 CAUTION:_______DO NOT LUBRICATE THE THREADS OF THE TUBE NUT. IF YOU LUBRICATE THE THREADS, YOU CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE EEC.
 2)  Put the PT2.5 sensing manifold on the engine.
 3)  Connect the tube nuts for the PT2.5 sensing manifold to the EEC speed transducer and the sensing line. a) Tighten the tube nuts to 135-150 pound-inches
 (15.3-16.9 newton-meters). 4) Safety the tube nuts with lockwire or safety cable and safety cable ferrule. 5) ENGINES POST-PW-SB 72-182; Safety the tube nut to the drilled transducer mount bolt.
 (h) Remove the protection cap from the electrical connector.
 CAUTION: USE THE CORRECT ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE, AND TOOLS, FOR THE
_______ HARNESS CONNECTOR INSTALLATION (AMM 70-24-05/201). IF YOU USE THE INCORRECT ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE, OR TOOLS, A DAMAGED OR LOOSE CONNECTOR CAN OCCUR. A LOOSE CONNECTOR PERMITS VIBRATION, WHICH CAUSES THE CONTACTS TO WEAR AND DECREASES THE LIGHTNING PROTECTION.
 (i)  Connect the electrical connector to the EEC speed transducer (AMM 70-24-05/201).

 (4)  
Install the air supply tube.

 (a)  
Remove the protection caps from the cooling air manifold and the intermediate case boss.

 (b)  
Align the forward flange of the air supply tube with the intermediate case boss and the aft flange with the flange of the cooling air manifold.

 (c)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the forward flange, with engine oil.

(d)  
Install the bolts to attach the forward flange to the intermediate case boss.

 (e)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the aft flange, with engine oil.

 (f)  
Install the bolts and nuts to attach the aft flange to the flange of the cooling air manifold.

 (g)  
Tighten the bolts and nuts to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7 newton-meters).

Install the No. 3 segment of the fan exit liner (AMM 72-34-03/401).

Return the Aircraft to Its Usual Condition

 WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN AMM 78-31-00/201 WHEN YOU CLOSE THE
_______ THRUST REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
 (1)  
Close the right thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

 (2)  
Close the right core cowl panel (AMM 71-11-06/201).

 (3)  
Close the right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-04/201).

 (4)  
Do the activation procedure for the thrust reverser
 (AMM 78-31-00/201).

Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag from the FUEL CONTROL switch.

For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers on the P6 panel:
