Remove the protection caps from the differential pressure switch and the fuel pump.

Lubricate the new packings for the fuel pump ports with the petrolatum.
(3)
Install the new packings in the recesses of the fuel pump ports.

Install the differential pressure switch with the steps that follow:
(a)
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the differential pressure switch, with engine oil.
(b)
Install the differential pressure switch with the bracket on the fuel pump with the bolts and two washers.
NOTE: Install the washers below the bolt heads that do not
____ attach the bracket to the fuel pump.
(c) Tighten the bolts to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7 newton-meters).

Remove the protection caps from the electrical connector DS1585.

Connect the electrical connector to the differential pressure switch (AMM 70-24-05/201).

Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.
