 the CMCS messages.  The CMCS messages are given in a sequence below
 the C2 fault message in the corrective action list of the FIM
 71-CMCS Message Index.  See the NON-FDE FAULTS page(s).

 (7)  If the CMCS messages in the sequence are not on the NON-FDE FAULTS
 page(s), do these steps:
 (a)  For each CMCS message in the sequence, find the applicable
 EICAS fault message(s).  The EICAS fault messages are given
 below the Flight Deck Effect of the FIM 71-CMCS Message Index.
 (b)  Find the prompt for each EICAS fault message on the menu.  See
 if the CMCS message from the sequence is shown below the EICAS
 fault message.

 (8)  If you find the CMCS messages in the sequence below an EICAS fault
 message or on the NON-FDE FAULTS page, correct that fault message
 (FIM 71-CMCS Message Index).

 F.  Use the CMCS Present Leg Faults to find the Category 2 faults on 2 of the last 3 flight legs.
 NOTE: To look at the engine control system for Category 2 faults, use
____ CMCS Fault History Leg Faults before you look for "EEC CATEGORY 2 FAULTS" CMCS messages.
