 On panel 402VU, make sure that the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch in OFF position.

 (2)
 Disconnect the connector (4) from the RVDT 4GC (1).

 (3)
 Connect the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000-1) (3) between the connector (4) and the RVDT 4GC (1).

 (4)
 Connect an AC voltmeter (minimum range: 0-20V, accuracy: 1 mV, frequency: 50-2000 Hz) to the SECONDARY VOLTAGE connections on the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST (3).

 (5)
 Make sure that the CBs of the BSCU SYS2 (3GG and 4GG) are open.

 (6)
 On panel 402VU, put the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch in ON position.

 (7)
 Stage 4:

 (a)
 On the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST

 (3) set the selector switch to U1.

 (b)
 Record the voltage (U1)(in AC voltage).

 (c)
 On the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST

 (3) set the selector switch to U2.

 (d)
 Record the voltage (U2)(in AC voltage).

 (e)
 Calculate the algebraic value U:

 Remove the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST

 D. Set the NWS Zero Position for the sensor 3GC
 (1)
 On panel 402VU, make sure that the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch in OFF position.

 Disconnect the connector (4) from the RVDT 3GC (1).

 (3)
 Connect the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000-1) (3) between the connector (4) and the RVDT 3GC (1).

 Connect an AC voltmeter (minimum range: 0-20V, accuracy: 1 mV, frequency: 50-2000 Hz) to the SECONDARY VOLTAGE connections on the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST (3).

 Record the voltage (U1)(in AC voltage).

 On the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST

 (3) set the selector switch to U2.

 (d)
 Record the voltage (U2)(in AC voltage).

 (e)
 Calculate the algebraic value B:
 B = (U1 - U2)

 


 (8)
 Stage 6:


 (a) Calculate the algebraic value C:

 (9) Stage 7:
 (a) Use a spatula to remove the sealant:

 On the sensor box, loosen the screws (2) to release the sensor (1).

 On the sensor box, turn the worm screw (5) to get the algebraic


 difference between U1 and U2 secondary voltage: C (U1 - U2) = C
 NOTE : When you turn the worm screw (5), the sensor moves and
____ changes the secondary voltages U1 and U2. When you turn the worm screw (5):
 -
in one direction, U1 increases and U2 decreases,

 -
in the other direction, U2 increases and U1 decreases.


 (d) Record the voltages U1 and U2 (in AC voltage).
 (10)
 TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.29 and 0.35 m.daN (25.66 and 30.97 lbf.in).

 Stage 8:

 (a)
 On the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST

 (3) set the selector switch to U1.

 (b)
 Record the voltage (U1)(in AC voltage).

 (c)
 On the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST
