 B. Set the NWS Zero position for the sensor 3GC
 CAUTION : IF THE SENSOR BOX HAS P/N E21336000, NEVER REMOVE THE SENSOR_______ FROM THE GEARBOX. THE SENSOR AND THE GEARBOX ARE AN ASSEMBLY THAT YOU MUST NOT DISASSEMBLE ON THE AIRCRAFT. IF YOU REMOVE THE SENSOR FROM THE GEARBOX: - YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SENSOR BOX - THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE SENSOR BOX WILL NO LONGER BE CORRECT.
 NOTE : The voltages U1 and U2 are in volts (3V approximately)____

 NOTE : Do not move the wheels manually

 (1)
 Make sure that the C/Bs 1GG and 2GG are closed

 (2)
 Open, safety and tag the C/Bs 3GG and 4GG

 (3)
 On the panel 402VU, put the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch in OFF position

 (4)
 Disconnect the connector from the RVDT 3GC
 (Ref. Fig. 529/TASK 32-51-00-991-029)

 (5)
 Connect the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST between the connector and the RVDT 3GC.

 (6)
 On the panel 402VU, put the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch in ON position

 (7)
 Connect a AC voltmeter

 (8)
 Stage 1:

 (a) Measure the secondary voltages U1 and U2 for the sensor 3
 Make sure that:
 U1 = U2 plus or minus 20mV

 (9) If U1 is not equal to U2 plus or minus 20mV, do these steps:
 (a) Use a spatula to remove the sealant:
 -
from the area identified S.

 -
from the housing of the worm screw (5).
 NOTE : Do not cause damage to the surface protections of these

 parts.

 (b)
 Loosen the screws (2) to release the sensor.

 (c)
 Turn the worm screw (5) to get:
 U1 = U2 plus or minus 20mV

 (d)
 TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.29 and 0.35 m.daN (25.66 and

 30.97 lbf.in)

 (e)
 Make sure that U1 = U2 plus or minus 20mV. If not, do the adjustment again.

 (10) On the panel 402VU, set the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch to OFF.

 Remove the SENSOR-VOLTAGE TEST (F26792000) or SENSOR - VOLTAGE TEST

 (F26792000-1) (3).

 (12)
 Connect the electrical connector (4) to the sensor box (1).

 (13)
 Apply a layer of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-008E) on the areas identified S.

 (14)
 Fill the housing of the worm screw (5) with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-008E).

 (15)
 Do the adjustment procedure again for the sensor 4GC (monitor channel).

 (16) On the panel 402VU, set the A/SKID & N/W STRG switch to ON. Subtask 32-51-00-865-107
 C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 3GG, 4GG, 2EN1, 2EN2

 A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 Lower the aircraft on its wheels and move tha axle jack away.

 (2)
 Move the aircraft to remove the grease plates (Ref. TASK 09-10-00-584-002).

 B. Bite Test
 (1) Do the Bite test of the BSCU (Ref. TASK 32-46-00-740-001). Subtask 32-51-00-942-066
 C. Remove the Equipment
 (1)
 Remove the Nose Wheel Alignment Tool

 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 Remove the access platform(s).

 (4)
 Remove the warning notice(s).

 (5)
 Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
