B. Installation of the Safety Valve

(1)
Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2)
Install the new drum-equipped assemblies (2) in the safety valve (6) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(3)
Carefully install the safety valve (6) on the manifold (1).
(4)
Install the washers (3) and bolts (4) and (5).
(5)
TORQUE the bolts (4) and (5) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN (61.94 and
70.79 lbf.in).

C. Preparation for Test
(1)
Connect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-002).
(2)
If necessary, fill the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system to the correct level (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001).

D. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1GG, 2GG, 3GG, 4GG, 61GG, 70GG, 71GG, 3700GD, 3701GD, 3801GX, 3802GX, 3803GX.

(1)
Do an functional test of the nose wheel steering (Ref. TASK 32-51-00-720-003).
(2)
Make sure that there is no hydraulic fluid leakage from the safety valve .

Remove the container.
(2)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(3)
Remove the access platform(s).
(4)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

Close the right MLG door (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(6)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
