R  (1) Install the brace tool on the applicable MLG lockstay actuating 
R  cylinder (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-480-001). 
R  (2) Install a FALSE TARGET (98F32304000000) on: 
R  (a) The NLG extension proximity sensors 24GA and 25GA. 
R  (b) The MLG extension proximity sensors: 
R  - for the LH MLG 21GA and 23GA 
R  - for the RH MLG 20GA and 22GA.

 

R (3) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system using:
R - a ground hydraulic supply (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-001)
R or
R - the Yellow hydraulic system (through the PTU) (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-R 863-001).

R (4) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-R 002).

R (5) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
R (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).

R Subtask 32-31-00-081-055

R F. Removal of the Safety Devices

R (1) Remove the GROUND LOCK SLEEVE or the GROUNDLOCK SLEEVE from the
R applicable MLG lockstay actuator.

R 4. Procedure

R control-lever 6GA to the UP
R position.

R 2. On the panel 400VU:
R - move the landing-gear
R control-lever 6GA to the DOWN

R 3. Do the test procedure three
R times. This is to make sure that
R the actuator movement is the same
R each time.

On the aircraft:

monitor the movement of the actuator as it retracts, the movement must be free and smooth.

On the aircraft:
