 (1) Install the LGCIU 1 (5GA1) (Ref. TASK 32-31-71-400-001).

R  A. Removal of the Test Equipment 
R R  (1) Disconnect and remove the ADAPTER COVER-STATIC PORT equipment from the static probes 7DA2 and 8DA2, and the GROUND PRESSURE GENERATOR. 
R R  (2) Disconnect and remove the ADAPTOR-CHARGING,PITOT PROBE from the pitot probe 9DA2 and the GROUND PRESSURE GENERATOR. 
R R  (3) Remove the colored adhesive tape from the pitot probe 9DA2 drain holes and the AOA sensor 3FP2.

 

 B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 On the panel 20VU:

 -set the IR 3 selector switch to the OFF position.

 (2)
 Depressurize the Green Hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-001).

 (3)
 Connect the isolation coupling of the PTU (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-002).

 C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1GA, 52GA, 7XE.

 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 E. Close Access
 (1) Close the applicable MLG doors (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
 (2) Close the applicable quick-release door 195BB, 196BB. Subtask 32-31-00-869-110
 F. Flight Configuration Precautions
 (1) Put the aircraft back to the ground configuration (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-860-002).

 - operational check to ensure safety valve closes at 260 kts using the aircraft batteries and electrical ground power.
