Subtask 32-31-11-420-050
A. Installation of the L/G Control Lever
(1) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(2) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Connect the electrical connectors (1) and (2) to the L/G control lever (4).
(4) Install the L/G control lever (4) in its housing.
(5) Tighten the screws (3).

R R R B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1GA, 2GA, 52GA

C. After you close the LGCIU circuit breakers, put the aircraft back to the correct (ground) condition (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-860-002).
D. Safety Precautions
(1)
Make sure that the three safety locks are installed on the landing gears (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(2)
Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-001).

E. Test of the L/G Control Lever
(1)
Do the BITE test of the landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-69-00-740-001). NOTE : As an alternative procedure, you can do this test without

the CFDS (Ref. TASK 32-31-00-720-002).
(2)
Check of the mechanical integrity of the control lever
(a) Do a simulation of the flight with the aircraft on the ground (Ref. TASK 32-69-00-860-001).
NOTE : Push the extended PBS/W.

(b)
In the cockpit set the landing gear control lever to UP.
(c)
Do this operation again.
(d)
Set the landing gear control lever to DOWN.
(e)
On the MCDU, push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.
(f)
Make sure that you cannot set the landing gear control lever to UP.
(3) Do the operational test of the normal braking system (Ref. TASK 32-42-00-710-001).
