R (1) Use external power to energize the aircraft electrical circuits
R (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

R F. Get Access
R (1) Make sure that the NLG doors are open (Ref. TASK 32-22-00-010-001).
R (2) Make sure that a SAFETY PIN - NLG DOOR (98D32203502000) is installed
R in each NLG door (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-002).
R (3) Make sure that the MLG doors are open (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
R (4) Make sure that a GROUND LOCK SLEEVE (460005835) is installed on each
R MLG door actuating cylinder (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-002).
R (5) Put the access platform in position adjacent to the applicable MLG,
R below the zone 730 or 740.
R (6) Open the applicable access panel 574AB (674AB).

R G. Test Equipment Installation
R (1) Disconnect the electrical connector of the MLG harness 1M, as
R follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 501/TASK 32-31-00-991-020)
R (a) Remove the screws (1) and lower the lid (3) on the lanyards.
R (b) Remove the screw (5) and the cleat (6).
R (c) Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from 4027VC (4028VC) and
R remove the MLG harness 1M (4) from the box.
R (d) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector (2) of
R the MLG harness 1M (4).
R (2) Disconnect the electrical connector of the MLG harness 2M, as
R follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 502/TASK 32-31-00-991-021)
R (a) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from 4029VC (4030VC).
R (b) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector (1) of
R the MLG harness 2M.
R (3) Connect the L.G. SIMULATOR TEST BOX (99D32104085000) with the MLG
R SIMULATOR HARNESS (99D32104087000) to the applicable MLG harness
R interface as follows:
R (a) Connect the cable connectors of the test harness to:
R - the applicable electrical connectors of the MLG harness
R interface 1M and 2M
R - the simulation test box.
R (4) Disconnect the electrical connector of the NLG harness 1M, as
R follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 503/TASK 32-31-00-991-022)
R (a) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from 1300VCA.
R (b) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector (1) of
R the NLG harness 1M.
R (5) Disconnect the electrical connector of the NLG harness 2M, as
R follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 504/TASK 32-31-00-991-023)
R (a) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from 1302VCA.
R (b) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector (1) of
R the NLG harness 2M.
R (6) Connect the L.G. SIMULATOR TEST BOX (99D32104085000) with the NLG
R SIMULATOR HARNESS (99D32104086000) to the applicable NLG harness
R interface as follows:
R (a) Connect the cable connectors of the test harness to:
R - the applicable electrical connectors of the NLG harness
R interface 1M and 2M
R - the simulation test box.

R H. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit
R breaker(s):
