(1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-001) when you do work in a fuel tanks.
(2) Put the safety barriers in position. Subtask 28-16-43-860-050
B. Fuel Configuration
(1)
Defuel the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-001).
(2)
Drain the remaining fuel from the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-003).

C. Get Access
(1)
Put an access platform below the applicable access panels:

below 540JB, 540KB

FOR 219QM
below 640JB, 640KB.
(2)
Remove the applicable access panels (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-002), (Ref. TASK 57-27-11-000-002):

A. Removal of the Pressure Holding Valve 218QM(219QM)
(1)
Remove the nuts (6) and the bolts (8).
(2)
Remove the bolts (9) and the adaptor assembly (5).
(3)
Remove and discard the O-rings (4) and (7).
(4)
Remove the pressure holding valve (3) from the fuel pipe (1).
(5)
Remove and discard the O-ring (2).
