32. On the MCDU, when the LH and RH low level sensor bit indicators are shown 0 (wet):
-make sure that the center tank pumps 1 and 2 stay off.
33. On the panel 40VU:
-release (out) the LH and RH TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWs.
34. On the refuel valve 10QU:
-release the manual plunger.
35. On the panel 121VU:
-remove the safety clip and the tag and close the circuit breaker 1QU.
36. Open the refuel panel access door:
-make sure that the center tank pumps 1 and 2 come on.
37. On the panel 40VU:
-
release (out) the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWs
-
release (out) the XFEED P/BSW.
38. On the panel 85VU:
-install the Engine Interface Unit (EIU) (Ref. TASK 73-25-34-400-040).
momentarily and then go off while fuel is transferred to the center tank.
On the ECAM lower DU:

the FUEL PAGE CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP2 symbols are green cross-line.
On the panel 40VU:

the LH and RH TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2P/BSW OFF lights come on.
The center tank refuel valve closes.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-the FUEL PAGE CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP2 symbols change from greencross-line to green in-line.
NOTE : The center tank pumps latch is
____ released when the refuel panel access door is opened or when center tank pump manual mode is selected.
On the panel 40VU:
-
the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWOFF lights come on
-
the XFEED ON light goes off
-
the XFEED OPEN light goes off.

Open the access door 192MB.
3.
Do a fuel transfer (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-869-001) to give an FQI indication of:
-center tank more than 250 kg (551.1555 lb)
-LH wing tank less than 5000 kg (11023.1100 lb)
-RH wing tank more than 5000 kg (11023.1100 lb).
4.
On panel 800VU:
-put the MODE SELECT switch in the OFF position.
On the panel 40VU:
-the MODE SEL P/BSW MAN light goes off.
The refuel/defuel panel 800VU, is energized.
The fuel quantity is not equal on eachside of the aircraft centerline.
On the panel 40VU:
-
the MODE SEL P/BSW FAULT light comeson.
10 seconds after you put the MODE SELECT switch in the OFF position, on the panels 130VU and 131VU:
-
the MASTER CAUT lights come on.
One chime sounds.
On the ECAM upper DU, this amber caution is shown:

-push (in) the MASTER CAUT
lights.
6. On panel 800VU:
-put the MODE SELECT switch in the REFUEL position
-increase the preselected refuel quantity by 200 kg (440.9244 lb).
7. Do a fuel transfer (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-869-001) to give an FQI indication of:
-center tank more than 250 kg (551.1555 lb)
-LH wing tank more than 5000 kg (11023.1100 lb)
-RH wing tank less than 5000 kg (11023.1100 lb).
8. On panel 800VU:
-put the MODE SELECT switch in the OFF position.
