On the Panel 800VU:
-put the TEST switch to the HIGH position.

Set the fuel tanker to its lowest pressure and flow rate and refuel each wing tank with 250 l (66.0424 USgal) (Ref. TASK 12-11-28-650-004).

After refueling, on the panel 800VU:
-make sure that the MODE SELECT switch is in the OFF position.

On the panel 85VU:
-remove the Engine Interface Unit (EIU) (Ref. TASK 73-25-34-000-040)
-CTR TK PUMP 1 LO PR and CTR TK PUMP 2 LO PR go off.
Sets the SFCC No.1 to give a 'slat lessthan 16 deg.' signal.
On the panel 40VU:
-the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSW FAULT lights come on.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-CTR TK PUMP 1 LO PR and CTR TK PUMP 2 LO PR come on.
On the Panel 800VU:
-the HI LVL lights (blue) go out.
On the panel 40VU:
-the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWFAULT lights go off.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-CTR TK PUMP 1 LO PR and CTR TK PUMP 2 LO PR go off.

On the panel 121VU:
-remove the safety clip and the tag and close the circuit breakers 29QA and 30QA.
On the panel 40VU:
-the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSW FAULT lights come on
On the ECAM lower DU:
-CTR TK PUMP 1 LO PR and CTR TK PUMP 2 LO PR come on.
-after two minutes the CTR TK PUMP 1and PUMP 2 P/BSW FAULT lights go off.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-CTR TK PUMP 1 LO PR and CTR TK PUMP 2 LO PR go off.
On the panel 40VU:
-
the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWFAULT lights come on
-
the MODE SEL P/BSW FAULT light comes on.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-CTR TK PUMP 1 LO PR and CTR TK PUMP 2 LO PR come on
On the ECAM upper DU:
-10 seconds after you put the MODE SELECT switch in the OFF position, the message AUTO FEED FAULT comes on.
On the panel 40VU:

the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWFAULT lights go off.

release (out) the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWs
-
release (out) the MODE SEL P/BSW.

Fully retract the slats (Ref. TASK 27-80-00-866-005).

Make sure that the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER is installed on the slat/flap control lever.
20.
Do a refuel (Ref. TASK 12-11-28-650-004) or a fuel transfer (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-869-001) to obtain these fuel levels:
-
a minimum of 2500 kg (5511.5550 lb) and a maximum of 5000 kg (11023.1100 lb) in each wing tank
-
a minimum of 300 kg (661.3866 lb) and a maximum of 500 kg (1102.3110 lb) in the center tank.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-after five minutes the CTR TK PUMP 1and PUMP 2 show green cross-line(pump off).
On the ECAM upper DU:
-
the message AUTO FEED FAULT goes off.
On the panel 40VU:
-
the MODE SEL P/BSW FAULT light goes off.
On the panel 40VU:
-
the CTR TK PUMP 1 and PUMP 2 P/BSWOFF lights come on
-
the MODE SEL P/BSW MAN light comeson.
