B. Installation of the Actuator 9QP(10QP)
CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT YOU ASSEMBLE THE ACTUATOR WITH THE DRIVE
_______ ASSEMBLY CORRECTLY. IF YOU DO NOT, THE ACTUATOR WILL NOT OPERATE THE VALVE CORRECTLY.
(1)
Make sure the transfer-valve drive-slot moves freely.
(2)
Align the transfer-valve drive-slot with the transfer valve actuator (5).
(3)
Install the new O-ring (6) on the transfer valve drive (1).
(4)
Carefully install the transfer valve actuator (5) and the clamp (3). NOTE : Make sure that the mating surfaces of the actuator (5) and the
____ transfer-valve drive (1), engage correctly before you install the clamp (3).
(5)
Install the bolt (2).
(6)
TORQUE the bolt (2) to between 0.102 and 0.113 m.daN (9.02 and 9.99 lbf.in).
(7) Remove the blanking caps and install the electrical connector (4). Subtask 28-15-51-865-053
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1QP, 2QP, 3QP, 4QP.
