 Install the bolts (4) and TORQUE in the sequence A thru AF, in two steps, to these values:

 (a)
 Firstly to between 25 and 30 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.33 m.daN).

 (b)
 Secondly to between 90 and 100 lbf.in (1.01 and 1.13 m.daN).

 

 (5)
 Do a bonding check between the access panel (3) and the wing skin (5) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

 (6)
 Make sure that DIM 'X' is 1.5 mm (0.0590 in.) +/- 1 mm (0.0393 in.).

 (7)
 Make sure that the maximum in-to-wind and out-of-wind dimension (between the access panel (3) and the wing skin (5)) is:


 (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 28-12-46-991-003)
 (a)
 0 mm (0.0000 in.) +/- 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.) along the long axis (along the span).

 (b)
 0 mm (0.0000 in.) +/- 0.6 mm (0.0236 in.) along the short axis for a distance of approximately 100 mm (3.9370 in.).
