(1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 28-00-00-910-001) when you do work on the fuel system.
(2) Put the safety barriers in position.

Defuel the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-001).
(2)
Drain the remaining fuel from the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-003).

Put the access platform below the applicable zone 470(480).

A. Removal of the Fuel Recirculation Check-Valve
(1)
Put a container below the check valve (2).
(2)
Remove the nut (5), the bolt (3) and disconnect the bonding strip (4).
(3)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (10). Remove the bolts (10), the washers (9) and the plates (11).
