提出了大型民机余度飞控计算机的两个设计准则 :满足系统的可靠性指标和满足 FO/ FO/ FO容错等级。然后 ,根据这两个基本准则 ,为中国大型民机余度飞控计算机新方案的设计提供了 7个设计建议 ,确定了大型民机余度飞控计算机新方案的余度数和余度结构。此外 ,介绍了大型民机余度飞控计算机新方案的工作方式 ,分析了新方案的可靠性 ,并与 B777和 A320的余度方案进行了比较。通过比较 ,可以证明该方案能够满足中国民机的可靠性要求 ,而且结构简单合理 ,节约硬件资源 ,完全可以应用到中国民机的飞行控制系统中。

摘 要 :大型整体壁板是现代先进民用飞机的重要结构件 ,大型整体壁板成形技术是整机研制过程中所必须要解决的重大关键技术。从大型整体壁板的结构特点出发 ,介绍了整体壁板的结构形式和分类 ,重点阐述了整体带筋壁板喷丸成形技术和时效成形技术的国外研究应用进展及发展趋势

中图分类号 : T G306   文献标识码 :A Abstract : Large integral panels are the main structure parts of the modern advanced civil airplanes. The form2 ing technology of the large integral panels is an important key technology which must be solved during the de2 veloping process of an airplane. Starting from the structure characteristics of the large integral panels , the structure forms and classification of the integral panels are introduced , and the oversea research situation and the developing tendency of the shot peen forming and the creep age forming technologies for the panel with in2 tegral stringers are emphatically presented. The research basis and the existing problems of forming technolo2 gies of the integral panels in China are also analyzed. Especially , the newest achievements obtained during the developing process of ARJ21 regional jet plane are introduced. Finally , some suggestions and research empha2 ses are proposed for developing as quickly as possible the forming technologies of fuselage and wing panels of large aircraft.
