摘 要 :X2Cor夹层复合材料是一种新型的 Z2pin增强泡沫夹层结构 ,具有突出的比强度、
成型工艺 ,在不同的 Z2pin植入参数下制备了 X2Cor夹层复合材料 ,并对这种结构材料的平压和剪切力学性植入方向等参数的影响规律。结果表明 ,Z2pin植入参数对 X2Cor夹层复合材料的平压性能和剪切性能影响显著。 X2Cor夹层复合材料平压性能随 Z2pin植入角度和植入密度时 ,X2Cor夹层复合材料平压强度及模量最大 ;剪切性能随 Z2pin植入角度的
时 ,剪切强度和模量最大 ;同时 ,X桁架的植入方向对剪切性能也有很大影响 ,相同 Z2pin植入密度下 ,沿试样长度方向植入的 X桁架含量增加时 ,夹层复合材料的剪切模量增加 ;X2Cor夹层复合材料的平压性能和剪切性能随 Z2pin植入角度的变化规律相反 ,Z2pin植入角度在 60°~ 70°之间时 ,X2Cor夹层复合材料平压性能与剪切性能均达到较高值。关键词 :复合材料 ;夹层结构 ;力学性能 ;热压成型 ;Z2pin中图分类号 : V258 ; TB332   文献标识码 :A Abstract : X2Cor sandwich composite is a novel structure which is reinforced by inserting Z2pin in the thick2 ness direction , so that this sandwich structure has a high specific strength and specific stiffness. With dif2 ferent Z2pin inserting parameters , the X2Cor sandwich composites are prepared with hot press molding process. The effects of Z2pin inserting angle , inserting density and inserting direction on compression and shear properties are investigated. Results show that the Z2pin inserting parameters have great effects on X2 Cor sandwich composites. The compression properties of X2Cor sandwich composites are improved by the increase of Z2pin inserting angle and density. The shear properties decrease with the increase of Z2pin inser2 ting angle , and the shear strength and modulus reach the largest when the Z2pin inserting angle arrived 45°. Moreover , the direction of X2truss is very important to shear behavior. The shear modulus is in2 creased with the increase of X2truss in longitudinal direction. Although the effect of inserting angle on the compression performance is contrary to that on shear behavior , both of them can reach higher values when the inserting angle is between 60°and 70°.
