Southwest Airlines Maintenance Training Scholarships
Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer the following three individual scholarships. Applicants may choose from the following courses.
Round trip ticket on Southwest to Dallas from the closest served city to the recipient and hotel and lunch vouchers for duration of
class are included.
1. 2-week 737-300/-500 or 2-week 737-700 Systems (A&P) class.
2. 1-week 737-300/-500 or 1-week 737-700 Avionics class.
3. 3-day FlightSafety Principles of Troubleshooting.
Requirements: All AWAM Scholarship Application requirements, plus:
1. Recipient must have A&P license at the time scholarship is awarded.
2. Applicant must include an essay (200 words or less) that explains their interest in aviation.
