Aircraft Maintenance
We perform base maintenance up to and including
C-Check as well as component maintenance and
technical training for the following aircraft types:
> Airbus A320 family (A319, A320, A321)
> Airbus A330/A340 family
> Boeing B737CL/NG, B767, B777
> Canadair Jet CRJ 100/200
> Fokker F70/F100
> Boeing/Mc Donnell Douglas MD80 series
Austrian Technik has the capability to provide full technical
handling for your aircraft - incl. Boeing B747 and A300 –
based on the quality standards and expertise requirements
at Vienna International Airport.
Our line maintenance capabilities include:
> Transit inspections
> Daily- and /or Weekly- Checks
> Extensive and qualified trouble shooting and
defect rectification for the listed aircraft types
> Line Maintenance can be performed in Linz, Graz,
Salzburg, Bratislava, Bangkok, Washington and
Phuket
We also offer modification packages for additional
operational requirements.
Quality Management
The Austrian Technik Quality Management Organisation
provides, beside its "internal functions" of running the
quality system for the Austrian Airlines JAR-OPS 1
Postholder Maintenance System, the Austrian Technik
EASA approved Maintenance Organisation, FAA approved
Repair Station, EASA approved Design Organisation and
EASA approved Maintenance Training Organisation, also
some highly qualified services for customers. The Austrian
Technik Quality Management Organisation offers the following
services to customers:
> Performance and/or Support of Auditing
> Audit-Pooling
> Consultancy for becoming an EASA approved
Maintenance- or Maintenance Training Organisation
> Performance of "Periodical Airworthiness
Inspections" on Austrian Registered Jet Aircraft
> Performance of "Human Factors in Maintenance
Awareness Training" (initial and continuation)
> Performance of Fuel Quality Audits
(to IATA IFQP Standard)
Component Maintenance
In our qualified workshops, we perform component maintenance,
repair and modifications on avionics, electrical,
instruments, mechanical and oxygen system as well as on
the related ground support equipment.
Electrical/Electronic Workshop
Our electrical and electronic workshop is equipped with
state-of-the-art test equipment and a particularly economical
combination of manual, semiautomatic and fully
automatic test stations for maintainance on hi-tech electronics
and accessories of the following systems:
> AHRS (Attitude & Heading Reference System)
> CIDS (Cabin Intercommunication Data System)
