On click, the “Insert solution reference” dialog box is displayed.

4.5.2.3 Attribute update
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
A Document Unit is opened in Arbortext Editor.
A node, except root, with a code, lid or id is selected.
Description:
Access to attribute edition wizard for a selected tag is possible when clicking on
button in tools bar or “Edition” “update attributes” or Ctrl+D keyboard shortcut

4.5.2.3.1 Attribute generation
Following attributes cannot be updated:
• code
• lid
They appear in gray in attributes edition wizard.
Values are automatically generated when creating or pasting a tag which has these
attributes (mandatory or not).
4.5.3 Metadata Edition
The “Metadata” tab of a checked-out document unit allows the user to edit the metadata of
this document unit.
4.5.3.1 Edit Document Unit Metadata
The metadata view displays the effectivity of the document unit, the title, and the fact that
it was customized or not. This panel also allows modifying the “must be approved” flag.
