In the AFM manual, a “not custom” element except a document unit cannot be deleted.
4.2.2.6 Move up
The functionality “Move up element” enables users to move up an item and its children in
the Manual Explorer tree, except from the root item.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
The Manual Explorer must be displayed.
The Working tab must be selected.
The item must not be checked-out and must not contain items checked-out by other
user.
Description:
The user may activate the “Move up” functionality by the menu item “Move up”.

If the selected item is the highest in its branch, it stays at the same place. In other case it
goes up a notch.

The functionality “Move down element” enables users to move down an item and its
children in the Manual Explorer tree, except from the root item.

Note that it is not possible to move a single document unit to another invariant.

The Manual Explorer must be displayed.
