Activation condition:
The Flight Ops Doc Manager application must be started and user must be logged in.
Description:
The authenticated user launches, in the Flight Ops Doc Manager main menu, the logout
and exit functionality. A confirmation dialog box shows up. If the user selects “Yes”, the user
is logged out and leaves Flight Ops Doc Manager application.

1.5 Flight Ops Doc Manager General functionalities
1.5.1 Management Functionalities
Flight Ops Doc Manager provides window management functionalities:
• Tile horizontally
• Tile vertically
• Cascade
• Bring to front
Flight Ops Doc Manager Application functionalities are accessible through the menu bar of the
application, the toolbars and the pop-up menus in internal frames.
Only the functionalities requiring the selection of an element are present in the contextual
menus. So the user could found contextual menus on the Manual Manager tree, the Manual
Explorer tree, the Multimedia Library table, the Tools table, and the Content table of each
element.
1.5.2 Preferences Functionalities
The Preferences functionality enables the users to modify the application look and feel,
choose the XML Editor, upgrade Basic to LPC Browser mode and change the certification
password and file path.
Activation condition:
None
Description:
The user may activate the “Preferences” functionality by the menu item “File>Preferences”.

The functionality shows the corresponding dialog box “Preferences”.

The tab “Look & Feel” enables users to select the application look and feel:
• Skin LF look & Feel with different themes.
• Default look & Feel, Windows.
The Look & Feel modifications are taken into account when the user launches the
application the next time whereas the choice of the editor is applied immediately.
The second tab “Certificate” enables only users with root profile to change the certification
password and the certification file path.

The third tab “Upgrade to LPC Browser mode” enables only users with root profile to
upgrade the Flight Ops Doc Manager version to LPC Browser mode.

Notes:
If Flight Ops Doc Manager has been installed directly in LPC Browser mode,
the “Upgrade to LPC Browser mode” tab cannot be accessed.
Once upgraded the mode, the “Upgrade to LPC Browser mode” tab cannot be
