On the last screen, two progress bars display the advance of the export process. The first
progress bar represents the global process. The second bar represents the sub tasks of the
global process.
In the central panel of the Wizard, the detail of the advance of the process is also displayed
in the form of a percentage.
If errors occur during the process, this one stops immediately.
At any time the user can interrupt manually the process by pressing the cancel button. A
popup window is displayed to confirm the cancellation. If the process is interrupted, specific
information are displayed in the central panel.
On last step, if the process is cancelled or if the process terminates, a close button appears
in the place of the cancel button.

The functionality “Open Manual” enables users to open a selected manual and to display it
in the Manual Explorer.

Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Root profile
• Author profile
The Manual Manager is displayed and at least one manual is selected.
Description:
User activates the functionality “Open” on a selected manual in the Manual Manager and
with the corresponding menu item or the toolbar button .
The manual is opened in the Explorer Manager window and the manual manager is hidden.

4.2 Manual Explorer
The user may access to the Manual Explorer window, by selecting in the Manual Manager
tree, one manual loaded. He may activate the functionality “Open” by the menu item “Open”.

The Manual Explorer is able to browse all the manual data.
4.2.1 Function “Browsing”
The functionality “Browsing” regroups all the different views accessible by the explorer
according to the selected item in the tree.
Activation condition:

• Root profile
The Manual Manager must be opened and a manual must be selected in the manual
manager tree.
