In the search dialog box, the user must fill in the search criteria. The user may search it in
the title, the code, and the document unit content or as a tag name in DU content.
The criteria are case sensitive.
The user may focus its research on a part of the manual with the “Part of manual” option by
checking his desired elements.

The user then confirms his choice.
The result of the research is displayed in the Manual Explorer detail in a dedicated tab.

The following information is displayed:
• Type of the element: according to the icon, one can know the type of element
• Identifier: the code of the element
• Title: the title of the element
4.2.7 Function “Workspace”
The functionality “Workspace” enables users to display the list of document unit that are
checked-out for modification and displays for each checked out DU which user performed
the check out.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Root profile
• Author profile
Description:
The user may activate the “Workspace” functionality by selecting “Workspace” tab.

When the user double click on a selected DU in the Workspace list, the corresponding DU
appears selected in the tree of the Working tab.

4.2.8 Function “Console”
The functionality “Console” enables users to inspect the log of the application.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Root profile
• Author profile
Description:
The user may activate the “Console” functionality by the menu item “Console”.

When the user selects the tab the list of logs is refreshed. He could also refresh it by the
refresh button contained in the “Console” tab.
The first column corresponds to the date and the second to the heading of the log.

4.2.9 Function “Print solution”
The functionality “Print solution” enables users to print the selected solution.
