Manual, Aircraft set type, Aircraft set value, Aircraft set designation, Data format,
Responsible, Customer code, Approved are mandatory information.
Aircraft Program, Customer Name, Norm are optional information.
Manual Name of the manual (don’t use space)
Aircraft set type Select the type of family of Aircraft (Type, Model, TF)
TF = Type of Fabrication (e.g. Double Decker)
Standard = Standard Type: (e.g. A380)
Model = Model of the Aircraft (e.g. A380-841)
Aircraft set value Program Code
(I.e. If Aircraft set type is “Type”, "L" would be the A380
program code, "F" for A340…)
Aircraft set designation Designation of the Aircraft set.
(I.e. if Aircraft set type is “Type”, designation would be
A380)
Data format Exchange is the only actual format
Responsible Name of the manual responsible
Aircraft program = Aircraft set value.
Customer code ICAO Code (3 characters)
Customer name Full name of the company
Norm Set it to your region norm, name of authorities
Approved If checked, It will let you choose between all or a part of
the manual should be approved.

The new manual appears in the refreshed tree of the Manual Manager.5.1 is the format of
data of the new manual.
4.1.4 Function “Delete Manual”
The functionality “Delete Manual” enables users to delete the selected manual.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
Description:
The authorized user may activate “Delete” functionality by the menu item “Delete”.
Alternatively, the authorized user may activate the “Delete” functionality by the toolbar
button of the Manual manager window.
The functionality deletes the manual selected, which disappears from the tree’s manual
manager.

4.1.5 Function “Quick Publishing Manual”
The functionality “Quick Publishing Manual” enables users to publish an incoming manual
data from Airbus without loading data in Flight Ops Doc Manager.
The Quick publish is used to publish quickly manual and deliver it to the crew.
Note that the manual that was quick published on complete fleet mode won’t be available in
Flight Ops Doc Manager for customization process if it is not loaded before.
Filter can be set on complete fleet, one or several MSN.
Activation condition:

• Author profile
