If errors occur during the process, this one stops immediately and the modifications are
cancelled on the desk of the user and in the database.
At any time the user can interrupt manually the process pressing the cancel button. A
popup window is displayed to confirm the cancellation. If the process is interrupted, specific
information are displayed in the central panel.
On last step, if the process is cancelled or if the process terminates, a close button appears
in the place of the cancel button.

The functionality “Export Manual” enables users to export manual data towards a specified
format.

Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
A manual must be selected in the Manual Manager tree.
Description:
After having selected a manual in the Manual Manager tree, the authorized user may
activate the “Export Manual” functionality by the menu item “Data exporter”.

Alternatively, the authorized user may activate the “Export Manual” functionality by the
toolbar button of the Manual Manager.
The functionality shows the corresponding Wizard dialog box “Data Exporter”.

On the first step, the user may select, at least, the existing release he wants to export, in
the combo box. The “Working” release is selected by defect.
Second step, the user may select in the combo box the export data format between:
• Airbus Exchange
• ATA, ATA format (not implemented in the current version)
