On the last screen, two progress bars display the advance of the dispatching process. The
first progress bar represents the global process. The second bar represents the sub tasks
of the global process.
If errors occur during the process, this one stops immediately and the modifications are
cancelled on the desk of the user and in the database.
At any time the user can interrupt the process by pressing the “Cancel” button. If the
process is interrupted, specific information are displayed in the central panel.
On last step, if the process is cancelled or if the process terminates, a close button appears
in the place of the cancel button.
When a manual is dispatched, published data generated during freeze are copied in
release and can be downloaded on the History Tab.

3.3 Fleet Manager
The Fleet Manager allows the users managing the list of aircrafts of Flight Ops Doc Manager
application.
The user can access the “Fleet Manager” by the menu item “Admin>Fleet Manager” of the
application.

3.3.1 Function “Display Fleet Manager”
The functionality “Display Fleet manager” groups all the different view accessible by the
explorer according to the selected item in the tree.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with the following profile:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
Description:
The authorized user may activate the Fleet manager by selecting the menu item
“Admin>Fleet manager”.

The Fleet manager displays the list of aircraft categorized by MSN, FSN or Registration Number
and aircraft information.
