4.2.1.3 Icon modifier
The icons of the elements are different depending on the element state.
The icons modifiers can be composed with existing modifiers to make a compound state:
“Revised”, “Checked-out”, “With note” annotated could exists on the same icon.
Check-out and Revised cannot exist at the same time.
These icons are valid for all types of manuals except in “AFM” manual.
AFM icons are different from other when the user creates or customizes an element and
appear with a green body. These elements are “Custom element” as opposed to others
who are “Not custom”.

4.2.1.4 Font modifier
The font of the elements is different depending on the element state.
The font can be composed with following modifiers to make a compound state.
4.2.1.4.1 Color modifier
The color of the title of the element is “Green” when there are differences with the
precedent release:
• Working release is selected and the element in this release is different from
the one in the Airbus R

4.2.1.4.2 Font modifier
4.2.1.4.2.1 Italic
If the element of the working release is customized its title appears in Italic.
4.2.1.4.2.2 Bold
If the element of the working release is in conflict with its version in the Airbus R
release, it appears in bold.
4.2.1.5 Navigation functionalities
4.2.1.5.1 Revisions toolbar
The “Revision toolbar” enables the users to navigate from elements to elements that
have a revision mark, in the Explorer Manager tree.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
The Explorer Manager is displayed.
Description:
The user may select the type of revision in the combo box of the “Revision toolbar”.

The type available in the combo box depends on the release.
In the Airbus R release, there are only Airbus revisions.

In the Pending, Airline R release, there are Airbus and Airline revisions.
In the Working release, one can navigate through DU that has airbus or airline revision.
The user has also the possibility to navigate through conflicted elements.
The “All” item allows going from elements revised to elements revised of any type.
The user can navigate from elements to elements via and buttons.
