At any time, except at first step, the user can select the back button to return at the

On the last screen, two progress bars display the advance of the importing process. The
first progress bar represents the global process. The second bar represents the sub tasks
of the global process:
• The product elements contained in the releases
• The external documents
• The effectivity groups and aircrafts
• The revision marks
• The pre/post SB
• The package informations
• The specific FLIGHT OPS DOC MANAGER elements linked to product elements:
o History of DU and external documents
o The users linked to this product (through document units or external documents)
In the center panel of the Wizard the detail of the advance of the process is also displayed
in the form of a percentage.
If errors occur during the process, this one stops immediately and the modifications are
cancelled on the desk of the user and in the database.
At any time the user can interrupt the process by pressing the cancel button. If the process
is interrupted, specific information are displayed in the center panel.
In the last step, if the process is cancelled or if the process terminates, a close button
appears in place of the cancel button.

3.2.3 Function “Load Manual”
The functionality “Load Manual” enables users to load a manual into the Flight Ops Doc
Manager repository. It will then be accessible to all Flight Ops Doc Manager users for
customization, publishing…
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with the following profile:
• Manual responsible profile
Description:
The authorized user may activate “Load Manual” functionality by the menu item “Load…”

Alternatively, the authorized user may activate the “Load Manual” functionality by the
toolbar button of the Manual manager window.
This functionality shows the corresponding Wizard dialog box “Load manual”.
The wizard - also known as an assistant or a genius - will help users with the loading of the
manual through a set of questions. The users will fill out the answer fields displayed on a
panel and then navigate through the different panels by pressing “Next >”, “< Back”,
“Cancel” or “Close” or … button.
