3.1.4 Function “Re-activate User”
The functionality “Re-activate user” enables users to re-activate a user previously
deactivated.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Root profile
A user must be selected and must have a deleted status.
Description:
The authorized user launches the User Manager window of the Flight Ops Doc Manager
Dispatch Application desktop according to menu item “Re-activate” and mnemonic (“a”
key).
The authorized user may activate “Re-activate User” functionality by the menu item.

Alternatively, the authorized user may activate “Re-activate User” functionality by the
toolbar button .
The “re-activated user” will appear in the user table with an “Active” status.
3.2 Manual Manager
The user must be authenticated with administrator or Author profile. The Manual Manager
window is displayed at Flight Ops Doc Manager start.

The Manual Manager lists the manuals with theirs associated information in a dedicated tree.
It permits to display the manuals, grouped in various ways, by default, by Aircraft set, or by
Manual.
Manual responsible profile is required to access to the following functionalities:
• “Loading” Manual
• “Freezing” Manual
• “Dispatching” Manual
• “Publish” Manual
3.2.1 Export Database Manual
The functionality “Export Database Manual” enables the users to export a manual to the file
system in order to import it in another Flight Ops Doc Manager instance (standalone or
client/server).
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with the following profile:
