Activation condition:
The activation of the functionality depends on the previously selected node, and on
the rules described in the type of Document Unit.
The type of Document Unit may be different for each type of document.
Description:
The user may activate the “Paste” functionality by the toolbar button of the Editor.
The functionality pastes the selected node and its children.
4.5.1.2.1.7 Delete
The functionality “Delete” enables users to delete a selected node from the document.
Activation condition:
A node must be selected and must be different from the root node.
Description:
The user may activate the “Delete” functionality by the contextual menu (right button
of the mouse).
This functionality deletes the selected node and its children.
4.5.1.2.1.8 Collapse All
The functionality “Collapse All” enables users to collapse the tree from the selected
node.
Activation condition:
A node must be selected.

Description:
The user may activate the “Collapse All” functionality by the contextual menu (right
click on a node).
This functionality “Collapse All” collapses the selected node and its children. Only the
selected node is visible.
4.5.1.2.1.9 Expand All
The functionality “Expand All” enables users to expand the tree from the selected
node.
Activation condition:
A node must be selected.
Description:
The user may activate the “Expand All” functionality by the contextual menu (right
click on a node).
This functionality “Expand All” expands the selected node and its children. The
selected node and its children are visible.
4.5.1.2.1.10 Insert Comment
The functionality “Inset Comment” enables users to insert a comment from a selected
node.
Activation condition:
The action depends on the rolls of grammar of the type of Document Unit.
A node must be selected and must be different from the root node.
Description:
The user may activate the “Insert Comment” functionality by the contextual menu
(button of right of the mouse) or by the toolbar button , and insert comment,
• Before, or
• After, or
• Inside if the selected node is not a leaf
