Description:
The user may activate the “Print solution” functionality by the toolbar button or the
editor button .
The metadata of the selected document unit appears in PDF format.
The user could print this file or save it. Note that this file corresponds to the document unit
stored in the Flight Ops Doc Manager repository.
4.2.10 Function “View XML Source”
The functionality “View XML Source” enables users to visualize the selected Document
Unit.

Description:
The user may activate the “View XML source” functionality by the menu item
“Document>View XML source”.

Alternatively, the user may activate the “View XML source” functionality by the toolbar
button .
The content of the selected document unit appears in the Document Unit Viewer in readonly
mode.

4.3 Multimedia Library
The user can access the “Multimedia library” manager, by the following button of the Manual
Explorer’s toolbar .
It allows the users to manage the multimedia files tied with the manuals.
Multimedia files can be pictures (jpg, gif, cgm…) sound, movies and PDF documents:
4.3.1 Supported documents formats
For graphics formats, Flight Ops Doc Manager supports the following formats (some are
converted during publication):
CGM is compatible with Publisher and is transformed during the publication in PNG.
TIF is compatible with Publisher and is transformed during the publication in JPG.
GIF, JPEG, PNG are published “as this” and are compliant with FOCT format.
BMP is not compatible with FOSP Publisher and LPC Doc Browser (FOCT).
