4.2.1.2 Elements
The Element view is synchronized with the element selected in the release panel.
According to the type of element selected in the tree view, a corresponding element view
will be displayed.
4.2.1.2.1 View Product Structure
This view is displayed if the user selects the root element of the manual. The view is
divided in seven tabbed panes:
“Content”, “Metadata”, “Revision”, “Allocation Table”, ”LOM”, “LEDU”, “Package” and
“SB List” pane.

4.2.1.2.1.1 View PS Content
The content tab shows all the upper level PSL with the following information:
• Identifier: contains the pslcode
• Title: displays the title of the psl
• Customized: contains true if the PSL was customized (renamed, moved,
content modified by user), false either
Author: this field contains the name of the user that has made the last modification to the element
4.2.1.2.1.2 View PS Metadata
The metadata tab displays the metadata of the manual. The following information are
displayed:
Column Name Description
Title The Title of the product or the logical name of the product if
there exists.
Manual
It contains the manual code.
It also contains the following one of the following information:
"PROGRAM", "MODEL", "STANDARD", "TYPE", "SERIE”
Aircraft Program The name of the program
Code The code of the manual for the selected Release viewed or
the logical code if there exists.
Last Airbus Revision
Date Revision date of the last loaded manual
Previous Airbus
Revision Date Revision date of the previously loaded manual (if exists)
Last Airline Revision
Date
“Last airline revision date” shall be updated on working and
pending release when a freeze is performed (see 3.2.4
Function “Freeze Manual”)
Supplier code Airbus supplier code
Norm Operational norm
Data format The format of the data contained in this manual (Exchange,
ATA)

The Title field and the Code field are enabled only on the Working release. The “Apply” button
save the title and the code modifications.
The new logical name and the new logical code will be propagated on the “Pending” release
during the freeze process and on the “Airline R” during the dispatch.
