4.5.2.2.13 Functionality “Edit Document Unit reference link”
The functionality “Edit Document Unit reference link” enables a user to edit an existing
reference towards a Document Unit in the XML content.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
A Document Unit is opened in the Document Unit.
The selected node is a reference link towards a Document Unit.
Description:
Once Selected the “duref” tag, edit attributes ( button in tools bar or “Edition”
“update attributes or Ctrl+D keyboard shortcut):
The “Insert duref” dialog box is displayed (See Figure 282: Arbortext Editor, insert
“duref”)

4.5.2.2.14 Functionality “Insert Symbol”
The functionality “Insert Symbol” enables a user to insert a Symbol tag in the XML
content of the document being edited. The symbols are taken from the external
document manager.
Activation condition: A Document Unit is opened in the Document Unit.
The “Content” tab is selected.
According to the current selection and the type of Document Unit, a “symbol” node can
be inserted.
Description:
The user must be placed in a document context where “symbol” is allowed (for example
in a “refint” tag’s content) and choose to insert a new tag ( ).
