The functionality copies the selected node and its children.
4.5.2.2.8 Paste
The functionality “Paste” enables users to paste a copied or cut node and its children
in the document.
Activation condition:
The activation of the functionality depends on the previously selected node, and on
the rules described in the type of Document Unit.
Description:
The user may activate the “Paste” functionality by the toolbar button of the
Editor.
The functionality pastes the selected node and its children.
4.5.2.2.9 Delete
The functionality “Delete” enables users to delete a selected node from the document.
Activation condition:
A node must be selected and must be different from the root node.
Description:
The user may activate the “Delete” functionality by the contextual menu (right button
of the mouse).
This functionality deletes the selected node and its children.
4.5.2.2.10 Insert Comment
The functionality “Insert Comment” enables users to insert a comment from a
selected node.
Activation condition:
A node must be selected and must be different from the root node.

The editor allows to type text anywhere text content is allowed.
Activation condition:
The action depends on the rules of the type of Document Unit and the cursor position
(in PCDATA content allowed or in Comment)

4.5.2.2.12 Functionality “Insert Document Unit reference link”
The functionality “Insert Document Unit reference link” enables a user to insert a new
reference towards a Document Unit in the XML content of the document being edited.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with one of those available profiles:
• Manual responsible profile
• Author profile
A Document Unit is opened in the Document Unit Editor.
According to the current selection and the type of Document Unit, a “duref” node can be
inserted.
Description:
The user must be placed in a document context where “duref” is allowed (for example in
a “para”) and choose to insert a new tag ( ).
