(2) If you remove the oxygen generator, install a generator that did not fire (Ref 35-22-11/401).
(a) Do not activate the generator.
E. Procedure - Install the Oxygen Masks

Connect the mask tubing on the generator outlets (Fig. 403).

Push the tubing fully on the outlets.

On the forward attendant's oxygen masks, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Put the two mask tubes in the clamp.
(b)
Put the clamp in its position and loosely install the screw that attaches the clamp to the mask box wall.
(c)
Make sure the mask tubes have a smooth bend radius and that the tubes have no kinks or sharp bends.
(d)
Tighten the screw that attaches the clamp to the mask box wall.

(4) S 434-057On all masks (this does not include the forward attendant's masks), do the steps that follow: (a) Put the two mask tubes in the clamp. (b) Make sure that each mask tube has a smooth bend radius and has no kinks or sharp bends. (c) Use a strap installation tool to install a tiedown strap through the slot in the clamp.
(5) S 834-037Put the release pin through the two mask lanyard rings.
