Release the vacuum and remove the vacuum source, gage and the adapter (if installed) from S813 switch then install the switch. Install the TR2 and TR3 transformer rectifiers (Ref 24-31-00/001 and 20-10-111/201). Open and close OXYGEN SYSTEM IND circuit breaker to reset R324 relay (which turns off the system lights). On each service unit, close the mask box doors per par. 7.
System is operable.

Open and close the OXYGEN SYSTEM IND circuit breaker to reset the R324 relay (which turns off system lights). On each service unit, close the mask box doors per par. 7.

B. Close Mask Box Door
(1)
Hold the mask box door in position, turn the test stop button clockwise 90 degrees and release the button (Fig. 101).
(2)
Push the test stop button up until you hear the sound of a click.
NOTE: The sound of a click indicates the actuator has set.

Release the test stop button.
(4)
Close and latch the mask box door.

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains the automatic and manual functional test tasks for the passenger oxygen system. For a complete system test, the two tasks should be accomplished.

2. Passenger Oxygen System - Automatic Actuation Test__________________________________________________
A. Standard Tools and Equipment
(1)
Vacuum source capable of producing a vacuum pressure of 15 inches of mercury absolute with a minimum flow of one cfm (commercially available)
(2)
Valve - Shutoff (commercially available)
(3)
Gage - Vacuum (commercially available)
(4)
Hose - Vacuum, 1/4 inch inside diameter (ID) plastic tube (Tygon-B44-30PT, Uniflex 650 or similar)
(5)
Connector - Tee, Vacuum Hose (to attach vacuum gage to vacuum hose) (commercially available)
