Push the bag to hose connection to the left side of the facepiece.
(i)
Put the hose into coils in the counterclockwise direction on top of the reservoir bag as shown (View F, Fig. 202).
NOTE: Push the hose down and against the inner wall of the
____ facepiece to get the correct coils in the hose. Keep the hose coil in facepiece.
(j)
Put the hose into coils to the flow indicator (View F, Fig. 202).
(k)
If the mask has a lanyard attached to the hose, put the lanyard on the outer side of the facepiece (View F, Fig. 202).
(l)
If the mask has a lanyard attached to the mask facepiece, keep the lanyard out of the mask (View G, Fig. 202).
(m)
For the lavatory and the aft attendant's masks with a PULL streamer, do the steps that follow: 1) Wrap the PULL streamer into the lanyard (View I, Fig. 202). 2) Put the PULL streamer on the mask facepiece (View I, Fig.
202).
F. Install the Packed Masks in the Mask Box (Fig. 204, Fig. 205, Fig. 206)

(1) For the flight attendant and the lavatory oxygen masks, do the steps that follow (Fig. 204 ASU) (Fig. 205 LSU) (Fig. 206 Alternate LSU).
(a)
Do not close the oxygen box door fully, hold the door in position with masking tape.
(b)
With the closed end of the mask up, put the mask on the mask box door.
(c)
Make sure that the mask box door can close.
(d)
If it is necessary, move the mask on the door to close the mask box door.
(e)
Make sure the mask tubing has a smooth bend radius and the tubing must not have kinks.

(f) Make sure the mask lanyards are not wound around a hose,
elastic band, end clip, or other object.
(g) Put the remaining length of the lanyard on the top of the mask
facepiece.
(h) On the lavatory and the aft attendant's masks, do the steps
that follow:
1) Make sure the PULL streamer is Wrapped in the lanyard.
2) Make sure the PULL streamer is between the oxygen mask and
the mask box door.
(i) Remove the masking tape, and close and latch the mask box door.

OXYGEN MASKS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure gives the instructions for the removal and installation of the oxygen masks installed in the passenger service units. These masks are removed and installed through the open top of the mask box. These mask boxes contain three or four oxygen masks.
B. This procedure gives the instructions for the removal and the installation of the oxygen masks installed in attendant's and lavatory mask boxes. These masks are removed and installed through the open mask box door. These mask boxes contain two oxygen masks.
