(1) Clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint free cloth, if necessary. Make sure the area is dry before you continue.

(1) Do a detailed visual inspection of the frame flanges at FR38, FR39, FR40 and FR41, between stringer 12 and stringer21, and the longitudinal beam flange at stringer20A, between FR38 and FR39, and between FR40 and FR41, LH and RH, for cracks.
NOTE : If required, for information on repair procedures for cracks,
