A. Get Access
(1) Put the access platform in position at the AFT cargo-compartment door.
R (2) If installed, remove the rear additional center tank (Ref. AMM R 28-11-27, Page Block 401).
R (3) Carefully clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and a lint-free cloth.

A. Inspection
(1) Examine the hinge fittings and external attachment at the AFT cargo-compartment door for:
-cracks,
-corrosion.
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 53-46-11-101) for

the correct repair procedure.
(2)
Remove the access platform(s).
(3)
Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001) or (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
(4)
Put the access platform in position.
