A. Get Access
(1)
Put an access platform in position at the forward cargo compartment door.
(2)
Open the forward cargo compartment door 825 (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3)
Remove the sidewall panels 131QW, 131RW, 132QW, 132RW (Ref. TASK 25-54-12-000-003).
(4)
Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

B. Cleaning of the Structure

_______ MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
(1) Clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.

A. Inspection
(Ref. Fig. 636/TASK 53-21-00-991-038)
(1)
Do a detailed inspection of the attachment area of FR35.1 and FR35.2A to the cabin floor beams, left and right sides.
(2)
Make sure that there is no:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200 P.Block 001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps,...):
-If you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100 P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the insulation blankets (Ref. TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3)
Install the sidewall panels 131QW, 131RW, 132QW, 132RW (Ref. TASK 25-54-12-400-003).
(4)
Close the forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5)
Remove the access platform(s).
